Pursuant to Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to the Seller at the address listed on the contact page within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package. The item must then be shipped back—at the consumer's expense—immediately following confirmation of acceptance by the company, arriving at the Seller's premises no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Finally, the return package must include all relevant documents, such as the invoice, certificate of authenticity, and sales receipt, as well as the signed anti-theft tag; this seal must not be removed or tampered with, otherwise the return will be voided. The product should be sent to the address found on the contact page:
Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal is received—and should the procedure not be clear from the website—Customer Service will promptly provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the goods. The Customer’s sole obligation in this instance is to cover the costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete with all parts and free from any damage. In the event that the item is damaged during transport, the Seller will notify the Customer of the incident (by the business day following receipt of the item at its warehouses), enabling the Customer to promptly file a claim against their chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the item (if insured). In such an event, the product will be returned at the Customer's expense, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
The Seller shall not be held liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipping.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Subject to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the goods, the Seller will refund the full amount paid by the Customer within 14 working days of the date the goods are shipped back. It is the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the Seller with the necessary bank details to receive the refund.
The Customer's right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods were paid for and collected in-store; in such cases, the transaction is considered a reservation that is finalized as a purchase only upon the issuance of the receipt or invoice by the store..
